STEP 1. INHALE

Inhale deeply through your nose to fill your belly with air. Become aware of your thoughts or what is causing discomfort or tension in your body. Hold for 8-10 seconds.

 

STEP 2. EXHALE

Gently exhale through the tube for 8-10 seconds to release all the air from your body. Feel your belly tighten slightly as you release every last drop of air.

STEP 3. PAUSE

  Relax your face and shoulders after you exhale. Notice your thoughts and body sensations shifting with each breath.

​

STEP 4. REPEAT

 Repeat the practice until calm and relaxed. Make a routine of better breathing to experience the benefits day after day.
